We are a family of 4 and are in the process of building our 2nd Ryan Home. We are currently living in our Waverly we built a little over 2 yeas ago. I will admit, after our first experiences, I have said I would never build another Ryan home again ... but here we are. After much consideration and many talks with our AWESOME Ryan Homes Sales Representative, we have decided to move forward taking what we learned the 1st time around to improve upon our home and experience.
Our biggest reason for moving so soon after building our Waverly is the property. Being in the Pittsburgh market, which is a very hilly area, we currently have zero back yard that isn't down over a hillside. While our side yard is nice and flat we wish to put a pool in one day and if we did that at this location we would then have no yard left for our 2 small children to play.
